This building was built in 1857 for the Arnold, Constable & Company dry-goods store. Griffith Thomas was believed to be the architect. The store later vacated in 1867 and moved uptown to a new store on 19th st and Broadway (now home to ABC Carpet). history of this building. | |||
Industrial Plastics occupied this corner of the building from 1965 to March 2005 before they closed. In 2008, Citibank opened. |
