One thing that can be said about Grand Street is the wide variety of food you can find. Fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, bialys, Italian pastries, and cheeses, you name it.

	14 Nov 2009. Di Palo, 200 Grand Street. Great place to to sample and shop for cheeses, and Italian specialities, not to mention fresh mozzarella, and ricotta made on premises. In Dec 2002, they moved to a larger store, and in 2009, expanded once more.
	31 August 2008. A popular snack food on the street are these mini pancake carts.
